1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReRoute Aventures platform (app and website), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. ReRoute Aventures acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. We do not own or manage the listed properties. The accuracy of property information is the responsibility of the owner.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Once a payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation is sent to your registered email.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted to our support team at support@rerouteaventures.org or +91 82803 53535 / +91 76748 63535 with your Booking ID before the check-in time.
5a. Refund Eligibility
Cancelled more than 24 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancelled within 24 hours of check-in: No refund (0%).
No-show or cancellation after check-in has commenced: No refund (0%).
5b. Platform Fee
A platform fee of 3% of the booking amount is charged on every booking and is non-refundable under any cancellation scenario, including cancellations by the property owner.
5c. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable. You will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect property rules, which are listed on each property's page. Damage to property, illegal activities, or violation of house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the booking without refund, and/or account suspension.
7. Property Owner Obligations
Property owners must ensure their listings are accurate, properties are safe and as described, and that they honour confirmed bookings. Owners who consistently fail to meet these standards may be removed from the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
ReRoute Aventures is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the platform or your stay at a listed property. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid on the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ReRoute Aventures platform, including design, logos, and text, is the property of ReRoute Aventures and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to Terms
ReRoute Aventures reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
