By using the Reroute platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Guest / Customer Terms

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reroute platform (app and website), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. Valid government ID proof is mandatory at check-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through the Reroute platform only. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Once confirmed, a booking confirmation is sent to your registered email. Prices may vary based on availability, demand, and dates.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to our support team at support@rerouteaventures.org or +91 8280353535 with your Booking ID before check-in time.

More than 24 hours before check-in 100% refund
Within 24 hours of check-in 50% refund
No-show or after check-in has commenced No refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out

Users must strictly follow the check-in and check-out timings listed on the booking. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Code of Conduct

  • Strictly no illegal activities, drugs, or prohibited substances.
  • Users must adhere to local noise regulations and property rules.
  • Guests must respect the property and its surroundings.

Damages & Responsibility

Any damage caused to the property will be fully charged to the user. Reroute does not take any responsibility for damages, losses, or issues during the stay.

Safety & Risk

All amenities (pool, bonfire, etc.) are used at the user's own risk. Reroute is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps during your stay.

These terms apply to all property owners and hosts listed on the Reroute platform. By listing your property, you agree to uphold these standards.
Property Owner / Host Terms

Listing Accuracy

Owners must provide true and accurate details of the property. Misleading information may lead to removal from the platform.

Pricing & Availability

Owners are responsible for updating pricing and availability regularly. Confirmed bookings must not be altered or cancelled unfairly.

Booking Commitment

All confirmed bookings must be honoured. Repeated cancellations may result in suspension from the platform.

Property Standards

Property must be clean, safe, and ready for guests on the day of arrival. All promised amenities must be provided as listed.

Guest Handling

Owners may deny entry if the guest exceeds the allowed capacity or violates property rules. ID verification at check-in is mandatory for all guests.

Damages

Owners may claim damages directly from users with valid proof. Reroute will not be responsible for recovering damages on behalf of owners.

Payments & Commission

Reroute charges a commission per booking. Payouts will be processed after the successful completion of the stay, as per our payout cycle schedule.

General Platform Terms

No Mediation Policy

Reroute acts only as a platform connecting users and property owners. Reroute will not act as a mediator in any disputes between users and owners. All responsibilities during the stay lie solely between the user and the owner.

Limitation of Liability

Reroute shall not be held responsible for property damages, personal injuries, theft, loss, accidents, or disputes arising from the use of the platform or during any stay. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Reroute platform, including design, logos, and text, is the property of Reroute and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Account Suspension

Reroute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

Changes to Terms

Reroute reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
